EAE Logistics Lighting Concept (SMARTLOG) increases job safety, while maximizing energy savings. The SMARTLOG system provides 90 percent energy savings over conventional high-pressure systems and 70 percent energy savings over high-efficiency fluorescent luminaires. Thus, while the costs of companies are falling, their environmentally friendly nature is also improving.
We offer the Logistics Lighting Concept, which we have developed specifically for the logistics sector and launched as “the best solution for fast installation and low energy consumption in logistics warehouses” to companies. The new solution has been developed to reduce the electricity costs of the warehouses and to improve the company’s environmentally friendly nature.
With the new concept, we focus on illuminating logistics warehouses and doing it in an ergonomic way. The SMARTLOG system developed to provide optimal illumination according to different rack heights and ranges is motion-sensitive. Ideal lighting is provided for busy working areas, while lighting levels are reduced to 15% in non-busy areas to save energy.
We have developed the new system by reviewing the demands and business processes in the logistics sector and have made the SMARTLOG system more effective due to the half of total warehouse expenses caused by electricity consumption, ideal lighting problem (low or over lighting), work accidents caused by illumination.

INCREASES OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY
Warehouse facilities must have adequate lighting when forklifts are operating. To avoid any occupational accidents, lighting is often kept on even in the corridor areas that do not have much movement. which makes the electricity consumption. With SMARTLOG, the lighting level is reduced by 15% to save energy in the areas where there is not much movement. Therefore, occupational safety increases as sufficient visual comfort conditions are provided.
ACCELERATES BUSINESS PROCESSES IN WAREHOUSING
Inadequate lighting levels or completely turned off lighting systems to save money reduce the process flow rate. This is one of the factors that affect the operation negatively. With SMARTLOG, the flow continues without slowing down the process speed.
EASY INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE
The luminaire + sensor that will be used in the field is manufactured in the plant as connected to the busbar plugs. During the installation phase, as in one-step modular systems, the products are installed on busbars. No separate equipment is required for this operation. There is no need for a separate fault for lighting control.
One of the biggest advantages of SMARTLOG for high ceiling logistics warehouses where maintenance and intervention is difficult is the long life of LED luminaires. In this way, the maintenance troubles experienced with fluorescent lamps or high-pressure luminaires are eliminated. SMARTLOG can be re-used in later architectural changes as it is easy to uninstall.
